Job Summary

Leading a team of Liability Claims Adjusters and Claims Assistants, the full-time salaried Liability Claims Supervisor will ensure high-quality claim handling, regulatory compliance, and employee development while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and develop team members while providing technical guidance and support
• Perform initial reviews of new loss notices and ensure claims are managed according to client requirements and regulations
• Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing concerns and improving service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of liability claims handling experience required
• Prior supervisory or mentoring experience strongly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of liability claims, coverage analysis, and litigation management
• Strong understanding of liability laws and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and claims management systems
