Job Summary
To supervise multiple teams of examiners and technical staff for liability claims, the full-time remote Liability Claims Team Lead will manage claim adjudication, provide technical direction, and ensure compliance with quality standards while promoting a professional client relationship.
Key responsibilities
- Supervises teams of examiners and monitors workloads, providing training and technical direction on claims adjudication
- Identifies trends and issues, recommending actions for continuous process improvement and coordinating projects with management
- Acts as a second level of appeal for client and claimant issues, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with audit requirements
Required qualifications
- 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
- Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
- Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements related to liability claims
- Experience in quality review and compliance with service contract requirements
