Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Claims Trainee in General Liability/Auto Bodily Injury.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in structured learning through instructor-led sessions, online modules, and job shadowing
• Shadow experienced claims professionals and practice in a simulated claims environment
• Gradually take ownership of indemnity claims while collaborating with peers and mentors

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4-year degree from an accredited institution preferred
• Adaptable to changes in procedures and technology
• Computer literacy, including familiarity with M365 products
• Curious, learning-focused mindset
• Proven experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
