Liability IME Operations Specialist

Job Summary

Managing the medical file review and scheduling process, the full-time remote Liability IME Operations Specialist will ensure client inquiries are addressed, oversee case assignments, and conduct quality audits to maintain high standards in operations.

Key responsibilities

• Intake and verify new cases, ensuring all necessary information is collected for processing
• Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various requirements while monitoring progress to meet deadlines
• Conduct quality audits on reports to ensure completeness and adherence to client standards

Required qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting
• Operations experience with technology-based processes
• Strong communication skills with a clear understanding of business lines
• Proficiency in computer literacy and typing skills
