Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Specialist responsible for managing the medical file review and scheduling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Intake and verify new cases, ensuring all necessary information is collected
• Assign and schedule cases to physicians based on various requirements and monitor case progress to meet deadlines
• Conduct quality audits of reports and maintain clear communication with clients and reviewers regarding case status

Required Qualifications

• Preferred Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree
• Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting is preferred
• Experience with technology-based processes in a business environment
• Computer literacy and typing skills are essential
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet specific deadlines
