Job Summary

A company is looking for a Liability Litigation Claims Examiner to adjudicate complex customer claims remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions through investigation and information gathering
  • Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
  • Communicate claim activity and processing with claimants and clients
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with Litigation for GL, Premise, Auto, Bodily Injury, and Product claims
  • Understanding of Contracts/Lease Agreements & Tenders
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Professional certification as applicable to line of business preferred
