Job Summary

Liability Litigation Claims Examiner, responsible for analyzing and processing complex claims related to general liability, premise, auto, bodily injury, and product claims in a remote, full-time position.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to ensure timely resolution by investigating and gathering relevant information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates with claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• 5 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• Experience with litigation for general liability, premise, auto, bodily injury, and product claims
• Understanding of contracts, lease agreements, and tenders
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
