Liability Program Manager

Job Summary

Managing the strategic oversight of liability claims, the full-time remote Liability Program Manager will handle auto, general, and product liability claims, partner with third-party administrators, and provide data-driven insights to leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the handling of liability claims to ensure compliance with company standards and evaluate TPA performance
• Manage litigation activities, including attending legal proceedings and overseeing defense counsel selection and performance
• Analyze claims data to identify trends and prepare reports for management, offering actionable recommendations for loss prevention

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in risk management or commercial casualty claims handling across multiple jurisdictions
• Experience with complex and litigated claims, including involvement in litigation strategy and trial support
• Demonstrated experience in TPA oversight, including claim file audits and performance monitoring
• Familiarity with insurance policy interpretation and coverage analysis
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or relevant industry certification preferred
