Job Summary

A company is looking for a License & Sales Management Specialist.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and implementation of sales and license management processes for advanced technology offerings
  • Act as the first point of contact for customer and dealer inquiries, providing product/service information and assistance
  • Train shared service teams on new processes and monitor performance to ensure customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • University Degree (4 years or equivalent) in Business, Management, Engineering, Technology, Agricultural Sciences, or Marketing discipline
  • Experience working directly with customers and dealers
  • Understanding of the dealer sales channel and revenue recognition principles for software licensing models
  • Ability to work Monday - Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Central
  • Knowledge of go-to-market strategies for advanced software licensing
