License Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for a License Specialist II to manage provider licenses and certifications in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Process, track, monitor, and renew provider licenses and certifications to ensure compliance with regulations
• Maintain accurate provider data in credentialing systems and support radiologists throughout the licensing lifecycle
• Coordinate DEA and CDS renewals and collaborate with various stakeholders to resolve licensing issues

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in provider licensing and credentialing within the healthcare industry
• Multi-state experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing software
• CPCS certification through NAMSS preferred
