License Verification Specialist

Job Summary

To support a fast-paced research team, the fully remote License Verification Specialist will gather, verify, and maintain critical business licensing information while managing multiple assignments and meeting strict production schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and verify business license information through various communication methods and online research
• Contact government agencies to obtain documentation regarding license status and maintain accurate licensing records
• Manage complex verification tasks independently while maintaining organized documentation primarily in Microsoft Excel

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, and Adobe Acrobat/PDF
• Ability to exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
