Job Summary

Evaluating learner submissions to assess competency in clinical interventions, the part-time Licensed Academy Learner Specialist will conduct fidelity reviews, provide actionable feedback, and participate in the testing of new programs in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review learner submissions to assess competency using standardized fidelity checklists
• Provide clear, objective scoring and written feedback aligned with fidelity review guidelines
• Participate as a pilot participant for new programs, offering feedback on usability and clarity

Required qualifications

• Advanced clinical training equivalent to master's-level clinicians or licensed professionals in relevant fields
• Active certification in the specific Academy program(s) being reviewed or ability to complete certification during onboarding
• Minimum of 3 years implementing behavioral health treatment with the ASD/IDD population
• Exceptional written communication skills for delivering constructive feedback
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a remote environment
