Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Executive - Leave of Absence (LOA).

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent the National Absence Practice in marketing, sales, and inquiries related to absence management solutions
  • Manage and grow broker and client relationships, driving revenue through tailored absence management solutions
  • Lead client implementations and oversee the full annual client lifecycle, ensuring high service quality and client satisfaction
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of licensed Employee Benefits account management or equivalent experience
  • Established knowledge of absence management and related legislation (e.g., FMLA, statutory disability)
  • Experience with benefits administration software and absence management systems
  • Active Life & Health license required (or must obtain within 90 days)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make credible recommendations
