Licensed Account Executive Lead

Job Summary

Managing overall client relationships, the full-time Licensed Account Executive Lead will focus on client retention, new account solicitation, and supporting the Unit Manager in staff development while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high account retention rates and manage the renewal process for existing business
• Solicit new accounts through direct selling and cold calling, while identifying cross-selling opportunities
• Provide technical expertise and mentoring to departmental staff, assisting in resolving complex issues

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ten (10) or more years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education compliance
