Job Summary

Managing client relationships and developing new business, the full-time Licensed Account Executive Lead will oversee account retention, handle renewals, and provide claims assistance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage overall client relationships to ensure high account retention rates
• Solicit new accounts through direct selling and cold calling
• Evaluate client coverage portfolios to identify cross-selling opportunities and implement marketing strategies

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ten (10) or more years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education compliance
