Key Responsibilities

Support Producer in managing client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
Prepare proposals, settlement documents, and maintain accurate records for life companies
Monitor and address post-settlement policy issues and ensure compliance with company standards

Required Qualifications

Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Six (6) or more years of related work experience
Two (2) or more years of experience with workers' compensation claims
Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
