- Handle member group escalations related to claims and eligibility

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industries
- Active producer license
- Proven customer service experience
- Ability to operate autonomously in fast-changing environments
- Experience with ZenDesk and Jira is a plus
