Key Responsibilities

• Manage client and internal meetings, facilitating discussions and gathering critical information
• Handle member group escalations related to claims and eligibility
• Create and maintain project plans and documentation, ensuring effective communication across work streams

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, or related industries
• Active producer license
• Proven customer service experience
• Ability to operate autonomously in fast-changing environments
• Experience with ZenDesk and Jira is a plus
