Licensed Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction, the full-time Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service, support new business efforts, and oversee the retention of a mid-market book of business in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Foster and manage overall client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
• Review and analyze market proposals, coverage contracts, and client RFPs for accuracy and competitiveness
• Conduct client meetings for pre-renewal strategy, open enrollment, and resolve escalated service issues

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Six (6) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
