Job Summary
Managing client relationships and ensuring high satisfaction, the full-time Licensed Account Manager will provide customer service, support new business efforts, and oversee the retention of a mid-market book of business in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Foster and manage overall client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Review and analyze market proposals, coverage contracts, and client RFPs for accuracy and competitiveness
- Conduct client meetings for pre-renewal strategy, open enrollment, and resolve escalated service issues
Required qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Six (6) or more years of related work experience
- Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
