Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time remote Licensed Account Manager will manage client appointments, coordinate schedules for benefit counselors, and provide exceptional customer service while maintaining accurate client records.
Key responsibilities:
- Schedule and manage appointments for benefit counselors, ensuring efficient daily operations
- Respond to client inquiries via phone and email, providing information on benefit enrollment and scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation, while maintaining client confidentiality
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must possess a valid license
- Independent and self-motivated with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of Vertafore products is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AMS360 & Image Right
