Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager - Commercial Lines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business
• Direct daily activities of the account management team and handle customer service requests
• Conduct client research, prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, and manage policy expirations and renewals

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs
• Required active licensing; professional designation (CIC or equivalent) preferred
• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
