Licensed Account Manager Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Manager Lead (Commercial Lines).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction of large market accounts
• Support Producers in developing new business opportunities and initiating renewal processes
• Provide technical guidance and mentoring to staff while participating in the claims process as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Eight (8) or more years of related work experience
• Valid insurance license with ongoing Continuing Education compliance
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
