Licensed Account Manager Lead
Job Summary
Managing client relationships and overseeing policy renewals, the full-time Licensed Account Manager Lead will provide customer service, mentor staff, and support new business efforts in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Fosters and manages relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction of a large market book of business
- Initiates the renewal process and develops strategies in collaboration with Producers
- Conducts marketing, negotiates rates, and reviews policy quotes for competitiveness and accuracy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Eight (8) or more years of relevant work experience
- Valid Insurance License and compliance with Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
