Job Summary
Providing customer service and support, the full-time Licensed Account Representative will manage existing accounts, assist in soliciting new business, and handle the renewal process while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Package and market applications to various carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate prices and coverages
- Manage the renewal process for expiring policies and review client accounting history to address discrepancies
- Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for clients, ensuring compliance with data standards and integrity
Required qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2 - 4 years of related work experience
- Valid insurance license and completion of one insurance class required
- Must continue to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
- Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
