Licensed Adjunct Faculty

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Adjunct Faculty member to educate future leaders in addiction counseling.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach and revise course content to ensure optimum learning outcomes
• Provide supervision to promote student competency through clinical laboratory and internship experiences
• Coordinate guest lecturers and develop and implement lectures and other learning activities

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in a relevant field or 18 credit hours of graduate coursework in relevant subject matter
• Increasing responsibility in the academic and/or substance abuse field post-Master's degree
• Evidence of significant contributions to the field, such as program development or professional publications
• Subject matter expertise relevant to course content
• Consideration of teaching effectiveness
