Licensed Admissions Counselor

Job Summary

Leading the treatment team, the full-time Licensed Admissions Counselor will conduct intake assessments, provide individual support, and ensure compliance with admission requirements while utilizing technology to document member progress.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct intake and clinical assessments to evaluate individuals' appropriateness for the program
• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate care with outside parties and Care Navigators
• Document care coordination needs and ensure adherence to compliance activities associated with member admissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Required licensure: LCSW, LPCC, LMHC, LMFT with willingness to obtain licensure reciprocity
• Minimum two years of experience leading group therapy in a substance use disorder (SUD) setting
• High comfort level with technology, including EMR and mobile applications
• Minimum two years of experience completing intakes in a SUD setting
