A company is looking for a Director of Admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support admissions counselors and assistants, ensuring adherence to policies and performance standards
• Oversee the intake process and ensure timely handling of inquiries from potential clients
• Manage and review clinical and medical screenings conducted by the admissions team for accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, preferably in a health/medical field
• At least two years of admissions experience in a behavioral healthcare setting
• Clinical licensure for mental health is preferred
• Hands-on experience with CRM systems for data entry and case management
• Familiarity with insurance verification in behavioral health programs
