Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Adolescent Mental Health Guides.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a team of 9-12 Adolescent Mental Health Coaches, conducting training and supervision to maintain high standards of care
• Oversee clinical supervision for patient coaching, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and effective crisis management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated interventions and adapt to changing workflows

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in a management role
• 3+ years of experience in early-stage startup environments
• Ability to work two evenings per week
