Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and manage client relationships remotely while earning a base salary plus uncapped commissions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and conduct virtual consultations to create personalized treatment plans
• Educate clients on services offered and present financing options to close sales
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client transitions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Ability to manage high call volumes and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills and a passion for aesthetics
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
