Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and manage a client portfolio while working remotely, primarily targeting the West Coast.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling
• Run virtual consultations and educate clients on various aesthetic services
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for effective client transitions

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales, preferably in insurance, medical aesthetics, or beauty
• Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
• Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
• Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
