Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Remote Inside Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, build personalized treatment plans, and earn commission on sales while managing a pipeline of warm leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm, company-generated leads without cold calling
• Run virtual consultations and educate clients on aesthetic services and financing options
• Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client handoffs

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in consultative or commission-based sales (insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, luxury retail)
• Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly quotas
• Self-motivated with experience in managing a sales pipeline remotely
• Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
• Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
