Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant
Job Summary
To support a growing aesthetic sales team, the full-time Licensed Aesthetic Sales Consultant will conduct virtual consultations, create personalized treatment plans, and close sales on company-generated leads while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and run virtual consultations to build personalized treatment plans
- Educate clients on various aesthetic services and present financing options to close deals
- Collaborate with location directors and patient care teams for seamless client transitions
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in consultative or commission-based sales within insurance, medical aesthetics, beauty, or luxury retail
- Ability to manage a high call volume and meet weekly/monthly sales quotas
- Self-motivated with strong pipeline management skills
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, or beauty
- Availability for some evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules
