Job Summary
A company is looking for an AI Product Trainer to join their Customer Success team.
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard and train customers on the software, developing customized training programs
- Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and they realize the full value of the software
- Manage customer accounts and provide tailored training and support to address specific needs
Required Qualifications
- A law degree or formal legal education is required
- Experience in legal technology or AI-based software platforms is preferred
- 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Interest in learning about new technology and software
- Experience in training and interacting with customers regularly
