Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Product Trainer to join their Customer Success team.

Key Responsibilities

• Onboard and train customers on the software, developing customized training programs
• Regularly communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and they realize the full value of the software
• Manage customer accounts and provide tailored training and support to address specific needs

Required Qualifications

• A law degree or formal legal education is required
• Experience in legal technology or AI-based software platforms is preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
• Interest in learning about new technology and software
• Experience in training and interacting with customers regularly
