Job Summary

Empowered to provide exceptional call experiences, the full-time Licensed Annuities Customer Care Associate will assist clients with annuity-related inquiries, navigating multiple systems while ensuring first-call resolution in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:
  • Build rapport with callers to accurately assess their needs and present tailored solutions
  • Manage each call from start to finish, focusing on quality and client satisfaction over average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to advance knowledge of financial products and services
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education preferred
  • Preferred experience with annuities and complex customer interactions
  • Ability to successfully complete FINRA Series 6 exams within 90 days of hire
  • Willingness to work a full-time schedule with specific training and operational hours
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
