Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Care Professional-Annuities, Licensed, Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a superior call experience by engaging with callers and resolving their inquiries from start to finish
  • Build rapport with diverse callers and navigate multiple systems to assess situations and present solutions
  • Focus on quality and first-call resolution while minimizing processing time and after-call work
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent experience; post-secondary education preferred
  • FINRA Series 6 license required
  • Experience in navigating complex customer interactions from support to resolution
  • Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Must pass a background check (criminal and financial)
