Licensed Architect Associate

Job Summary

Working remotely from the Philippines during U.S. Pacific business hours, the full-time Design & Project Associate will prepare tenant improvement plans, oversee project management, and create graphic design materials to support the leasing team and ensure design consistency across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tenant improvement schematic floor plans and renderings for building enhancements
• Oversee budgeting and contractor negotiations to maintain project efficiency
• Create visually appealing presentations and marketing materials to support branding efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture
• Registered Licensed Architect in the Philippines
• 7-10 years of full-time work experience in construction, architecture, or real estate
• Strong knowledge of technical documentation and U.S. building codes
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
