Licensed Architectural Design Coordinator
Job Summary
Supporting the design and planning of electric vehicle operations facilities, the full-time Licensed Architectural Design Coordinator will manage architectural drawing production, BIM modeling, and visualization while collaborating closely with the Project Architect in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develop architectural drawings and design documentation for schematic design and early-stage project development
- Create and maintain accurate Revit models and visual materials to communicate design concepts
- Incorporate project and client feedback into drawings and models while ensuring consistency across multiple projects
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
- 3+ years of architectural experience
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
- Experience producing architectural drawings and BIM models
- Understanding of architectural design, building systems, and construction documentation
