Licensed Architectural Design Coordinator

Job Summary

Supporting the design and planning of electric vehicle operations facilities, the full-time Licensed Architectural Design Coordinator will focus on architectural drawing production, BIM modeling, and visualization while collaborating with the Project Architect during the early-stage design process, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural drawings, studies, and design documentation for schematic design and early-stage project development
• Create and maintain accurate Revit models and produce visual materials to communicate design concepts
• Incorporate project and client feedback into drawings and models while adapting established design standards to individual project requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering
• 3+ years of architectural experience with strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud, and Bluebeam
• Experience producing architectural drawings and BIM models
• Understanding of architectural design, building systems, and construction documentation
• Ability to manage multiple assignments and priorities effectively
