Licensed Architectural Design Lead

Job Summary

To support the delivery of complex building projects in the data center sector, the full-time Licensed Architectural Design Lead will oversee design processes across multiple disciplines, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget project completion while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide projects from conceptual planning to final turnover, acting as the lead for Civil, Structural, Landscape, and Architecture (CSLA) disciplines
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve challenges and ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery focused on safety and sustainability
• Research and develop innovative architectural solutions to enhance the scalability and operational efficiency of data center facilities

Required Qualifications

• A licensed Architect with over 8 years of experience in high-performance, mission-critical facilities
• In-depth knowledge of construction standards, building regulations, and safety protocols for large-scale infrastructure projects
• Strong experience in master planning data center campuses
• Expertise in design tools such as Revit/BIM, Bluebeam, or Autodesk
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams to successful completion
