Job Summary

Licensed Architectural Specifications Writer, responsible for developing project specifications and providing technical advice to architecture teams throughout the design and construction process, with a focus on large-scale, technically complex projects, working in a remote or hybrid setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project specifications for architecture teams
• Provide technical advice and support throughout the design and construction phases
• Coordinate with product representatives and assist teams with product and system research

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited Architecture school
• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience, including 5 years in specifications development
• Experience with Life Sciences projects, particularly in pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Technical knowledge of construction detailing and building codes
• Proficiency in MS Teams, MS Office applications, and Bluebeam Revu
