Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assessment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients
• Participate in treatment planning and provide family session counseling
• Complete accurate patient assessments and documentation in a timely manner

Required Qualifications

• Current state LCSW, LPC, LMFT, RN, or similar license
• Master's degree from an accredited school
• Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days of hire
• ACLS and PALS certifications required within six months of hire
• One year of experience preferred; ASLS certification preferred
