Job Summary

Providing customer service and supporting Producers, the full-time Licensed Assistant Account Manager will service existing accounts, solicit new business, and manage the renewal process for expiring policies in a virtual environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Packages and markets applications to obtain quotes from various carriers
  • Manages the renewal process and reviews policies to ensure appropriate coverage
  • Prepares presentations and proposals for clients while addressing client accounting inquiries
Required qualifications
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Four (4) or more years of related work experience
  • Valid Insurance License with ongoing Continuing Education requirements
  • Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
