Licensed Assistant Account Manager

Job Summary

Supporting Producers in a virtual environment, the Licensed Assistant Account Manager will be responsible for servicing existing accounts, soliciting new business, and managing the renewal process for expiring policies while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Package and market applications to various carriers to obtain quotes and negotiate terms
• Manage the renewal process for expiring policies and review client accounting history to resolve discrepancies
• Prepare presentations and proposals for clients, while participating in client meetings to discuss coverage options

Required qualifications

• Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Four (4) or more years of related work experience
• Valid Insurance License with a commitment to meet Continuing Education requirements for license renewal
• Encouraged to complete Career Path requirements as communicated by supervisor
