Licensed Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, draft, negotiate, and oversee commercial agreements and proposals for Owner & Occupier businesses
• Serve as Segment Leader for Asset Services Multi-Family, collaborating with service line leadership and managing an attorney
• Support litigation matters and develop training for internal clients while maintaining communication with internal and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from a leading law school is required
• 10 to 15 years of experience, with a combination of private practice and in-house experience preferred
• Bar admission in good standing is required
• Expertise in Asset Services Multi-Family and related sectors is essential
• Management experience is a plus
