Licensed Assistant General Counsel

Job Summary

To support a growing in-house legal team, the full-time Licensed Assistant General Counsel will provide legal advice on operational and transactional matters, conduct legal research, and draft and negotiate agreements in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on legal issues and develop proactive compliance strategies
• Provide strategic advice on operational and contracting matters while identifying and mitigating legal risks
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements with various stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulations

Required qualifications:

• Licensed Attorney holding a J.D
• 10+ years of experience in a healthcare environment
• High-level analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
