Job Summary
Supporting the structuring, negotiation, and execution of project finance facilities and strategic transactions, the full-time Licensed Assistant General Counsel will work remotely to collaborate with internal teams and external legal counsel on complex infrastructure financing and joint ventures.
Key responsibilities
- Manage deal structuring, negotiation, and drafting for project finance facilities and related agreements
- Support the formation and governance of joint ventures with strategic partners, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide corporate and transactional support by drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and advising on deal structures
Required qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school and active license to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- 4+ years of experience in project finance, corporate, and/or transactional law
- Hands-on experience with joint venture formation and governance
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills with business acumen
- Ability to independently manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
