Job Summary

To support the Military OneSource mission, the full-time remote Assistant Program Operations Manager will lead and manage program operations, ensuring client satisfaction and adherence to performance metrics while overseeing quality assurance and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations and performance of programs focused on client wellness
• Oversee quality assurance and compliance for the program workstream
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to implement data-driven improvements

Required qualifications

• Master's degree in a mental health-related field such as social work or counseling
• Valid, unrestricted license to practice as a licensed therapist
• Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with 15+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in electronic systems and virtual service platforms
• US Citizenship and fluency in English required
