Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to support a Partner with large scale litigations on a part-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research on matters related to post M&A disputes
Draft various legal documents including memoranda, motions, and briefs
Perform document review to identify issues as needed

Qualifications:

Licensed to practice law in any US jurisdiction
At least 3-7+ years of experience as a practicing civil litigator
Prior experience in Big Law is highly preferred
Strong legal research and writing skills using Westlaw and LexisNexis
