Job Summary
To support a growing practice focused on white-collar defense and government investigations, the full-time Licensed Associate Attorney will manage document assembly, review, and writing while collaborating remotely with other legal professionals.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct document assembly and review for complex legal matters
- Assist in writing legal documents and briefs for government enforcement defense
- Collaborate with team members on case management and business development initiatives
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as an attorney, with preference for 4-6 years
- Bar admission required within the US
- Experience in white-collar defense, national security law, or government investigations is a plus
- Proven writing and research skills, particularly in government enforcement contexts
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
