Job Summary

To support a growing practice focused on white-collar defense and government investigations, the full-time Licensed Associate Attorney will manage document assembly, review, and writing while collaborating remotely with other legal professionals.

Key responsibilities
  • Conduct document assembly and review for complex legal matters
  • Assist in writing legal documents and briefs for government enforcement defense
  • Collaborate with team members on case management and business development initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as an attorney, with preference for 4-6 years
  • Bar admission required within the US
  • Experience in white-collar defense, national security law, or government investigations is a plus
  • Proven writing and research skills, particularly in government enforcement contexts
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment
