Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Associate Attorney for a full-time remote position to manage and defend asbestos and toxic tort litigation, collaborate with a national trial team, and engage in significant case management and trial preparation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and defend asbestos and toxic tort litigation across various jurisdictions
- Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
- Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel while assisting in trial strategy and preparation
Required qualifications
- Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Asbestos defense experience is required
- 4+ years of litigation experience preferred
- Experience with toxic tort, product liability, or complex litigation is highly desirable
- Demonstrated experience with motion practice, discovery, and case management
