Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the Associate Clinician Program, ensuring high standards and outcomes
• Set and enforce clinical quality standards and oversee complex cases
• Design and maintain a scalable supervision model while fostering associate growth and retention

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted clinical license (LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, Psychologist, etc.)
• Meets requirements for clinical supervision (e.g., BBS)
• 5+ years of post-licensure clinical experience
• 2+ years of experience supervising clinicians
• Deep expertise in clinical quality, risk management, and regulatory frameworks
